Since 1983, the Ripon Quarterback Club has supported youth activities in
Ripon, California. Over this time, the club has donated close to $1 million.
Current Fundraisers
The Ripon Quarterback Club raises money through community fundraising events all year long. These include the Steak & Oyster Feed, Almond Blossom Festival Golf Tournament, Almond Blossom Festival Brews & Brats, Trap Shoot Family Day, Vehicle Raffle, Gun Calendar, RHS Football Tri Tip Sandwich Sales, and various other events.
Annual Golf Tournament

Gun Calendar Raffle
2023 gun raffle calendars are available. To get your calendar contact any Club member or email info@riponqbclub.org. A new winner every week!
What We Do To Raise Money
The Ripon Quarterback Club raises money through community fundraising events all year long. These include the Steak & Oyster Feed, Almond Blossom Festival Golf Tournament, Almond Blossom Festival Brews & Brats, Trap Shoot Family Day, Vehicle Raffle, Gun Calendar, RHS Football Tri Tip Sandwich Sales, and various other events.
Raffles
In October during Ripon Main Street Day, the Club will raffle a Honda Pioneer 1000. This annual fundraiser replaced the Harley raffle, and always helps to boost the clubs end-of-year fundraising efforts.
Steak & Oyster Feed
Held in April, the Steak & Oyster Feed hosts hundreds of guests who give generously of their time and money during the silent and live auctions to help raise thousands in support of local youth sports.
Golf Tournament
Hosted in February, the Almond Blossom Festival Golf Tournament provides participants with an opportunity to spend a day in the sunshine with friends, where they eat and drink all they like, compete for great prizes, and raise money for Ripon’s kids.
Trap Shoot & Family Day
Every fall, the club hosts shooters and their families during a day on the range. They gather to compete, enjoy food and drinks, an awards dinner, and raffle and auction prizes all to benefit young athletes.
Brews & Brats
Every year during the Almond Blossom Festival at the Community Center, thousands gather to enjoy brews, brats and the club’s homemade chili beans. Every beer, brat, and cup sold add up to dollars raised for local athletics.
Gun Calendar Sales
Available at the first of every year, the gun calendar enters every purchaser into a four-gun raffle every week, for all 52 weeks in the year. There is no limit to the amount of firearms ticket-holders can win.
Our History
BLAST FROM THE PAST – In 1983, during a Ripon High Indians varsity football game against Hilmar, Ripon residents Bob Olmo, Ron Franscella, Eddie Bruno, Bud Sinarle, and about a dozen others were excited about the winning season the team was having but disappointed in the quality of uniforms the players were wearing. The decided it was time for a refresh. They quickly worked to raise the money needed for new jerseys and then went on to found the club and start raising funds annually by hosting the Steak & Oyster Feed. Now a premier social event in town, it was the start of one of the most successful athletic foundations in the history of Ripon. Nonprofit Organization
The Ripon Quarterback Club is a Non-Profit Organization devoted to raising funds for donation to over 75 Youth Team Athletics at all levels in Ripon, California.
